If the current crisis is having an impact on your household, your Local Authority urges you to reach out, as support is available from the Warm Homes Hub.

Comfort at home
As you are spending more time at home, we can offer you practical energy advice to improve the warmth and comfort of your home.
Financial support
We can help to increase your household income with benefit checks, energy bill discounts, lower energy tariffs as well as hardship funds and one-off crisis fund applications.
Broken heating
If your heating is broken or faulty, we can help with urgent repairs or replacements while following the Government’s advice on socal distancing.



Priority Services
We can register you on to the Priority Services Register to ensure that in the event of a powercut you are reconnected quickly.



Local collections
If you can not leave your home and need support to collect food or prescriptions, we can help. Food bank vouchers are available too.



Referrals & more
We can refer you to other health & wellbeing services if you need more support. We can also simply provide a friendly voice in this time of social isolation.



1st time central heating
We are accepting applications for 1st time central heating and insulation measures. Works are ongoing and all staff members completing the installs are taking appropriate precautions to keep you safe.
