1st time gas central heating eligibility criteria

E.ON are the Warm Homes Hub delivery partner and will be installing your new central heating. You do not have to be an E.ON customer to apply, nor will you have to become and E.ON customer when you have received your heating upgrade. E.ON will also support you to connect you to the gas network if your property requires this.


Warm Homes Hub will be covering ALL of Nottinghamshire.

Home owners & Private tenants

We may be able to help if*:

  • your home is heated by portable space heaters such as: solid fuel fire, electric storage heater, electric panel heaters, gas room heaters or a gas fire

*terms and conditions apply

Social tenants*

We may be able to help if**:

  • your home is heated by portable space heaters such as: solid fuel fire, electric storage heater, electric panel heaters, gas room heaters or a gas fire and
  • your property has an E, F or G Energy Efficiency Rating (Not sure? Check your rating through the National Database)

*if your property is owned by the council or a housing association

Landlords

What you can expect

Apply now

Complete the online form or apply over the phone. If you are eligible, we will book a home survey.

Home Survey

An E.ON contractor will visit you to see what improvements are needed in your property.

Installation

Your house will receive a gas connection and a brand new gas central heating system.

Aftercare

Our team will provide support with your new boiler and suggest any other useful measures.
